Demolition of the buildings at Olavinkatu 26 and 28

Summary

The City of Savonlinna is procuring the demolition of the Solmu and Hulikka commercial buildings at Olavinkatu 26 and 28 in Savonlinna. The works cover the buildings and outbuildings, asbestos and other hazardous-material removal, building-services demolition, demolition of street and yard areas, and their filling and finishing. The buildings measure 220 m² and 218 m²; the preliminary works period is 9 November–31 December 2026.
