Seedling stand tending, clearing and planting in special-use areas in Satakunta and Pirkanmaa

Summary

Metsähallitus Metsätalous Oy is procuring seedling stand tending, clearing and planting services in areas designated for special use in Satakunta and Pirkanmaa. The work sites are mainly in the municipalities of Jämijärvi, Kankaanpää, Karvia and Parkano, on land used primarily by the Finnish Defence Forces and the Natural Resources Institute Finland. The contract is scheduled to begin on 1 April 2027; although annual work volumes may vary considerably, the work offered over the contract period will reach at least 90% of the estimated contract earnings.
