Summary
The City of Helsinki is procuring a fixed-price turnkey renovation of the Heka Pukinmäki residential property at Madetojankuja 2. The works cover six five-storey apartment buildings, including building works and all building-services systems, and will increase the number of rental apartments from 195 to 198. Three commercial units will be converted into apartments, and the residents’ temporary relocation and return are included in the contract.
