Regional project management services for parks and green areas 2027–2028

Summary

The City of Helsinki is procuring regional project delivery and construction management services for parks and green areas for 2027–2028, divided into four lots: southern, western, northern and eastern areas. The services cover project preparation and management, construction management and supervision, safety coordination, and cost and quality management; the work is carried out by project coordinators, project managers and construction supervisors. The contract may be extended for an optional period in 2029–2030; stated quantities are estimates and do not guarantee a minimum order volume.
