Procurement of construction project management consultancy services

Summary

The Länsi-Uusimaa wellbeing services county is procuring construction project management consultancy services, including project management, construction management and supervision, and coordination of safety, moisture control and cleanliness management for new-build and renovation projects. The procurement is divided into four geographic lots: Espoo and Kauniainen; Lohja, Vihti and Karkkila; Inkoo, Siuntio and Kirkkonummi; and Hanko and Raasepori. Services will be delivered on site, and four service providers will be selected for each lot. The total estimated value is EUR 500,000 excluding VAT.
