Procurement of core ICT services for Kiertokapula Oy

Summary

Kiertokapula Oy is procuring a single, comprehensive ICT infrastructure services contract covering user support; workstation lifecycle services and device procurement; operations and capacity management; cloud services; network connectivity and management; cybersecurity services, including automated incident response on a 24/7-type basis; specialist consulting; and service management. The contract will run for three years and then continue indefinitely. Operations and capacity services are to be brought into use by 31 December 2027, and network services by 31 March 2028.
