Summary

The Finnish Mutual Patient Insurance Company is procuring excess-of-loss reinsurance for its Finnish patient insurance portfolio for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2027, on a losses-occurring basis. The cover concerns losses under policies written in Finland in accordance with the Finnish Patient Insurance Act (948/2019). The procurement is not divided into lots, and the contract may have three renewal periods if all consortium members agree.
