Minor HVAC works at properties

Summary

The procurement covers minor heating, ventilation and plumbing works, including protective and ancillary work, at properties on the Kokkola hospital hill and elsewhere in central Kokkola. Larger construction projects are outside the framework agreement. The multi-supplier framework agreement is planned to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with possible extensions for 1 January–31 December 2030 and 1 January–31 December 2031. Work is generally ordered according to ranking, although the order may be changed where specialist expertise is needed. Work may also be ordered following a mini-competition among framework partners, and the framework does not oblige the buyer to place orders. Price is the only award criterion. A 12% markup applies to supplies, subcontracting and other purchases, meaning the purchase price is multiplied by 1.12; purchase invoices must be attached to the sales invoice. Bidders must provide at least three references from the previous five years for HVAC work in occupied healthcare, care or other premises with comparable special requirements.
