Cleaning, measurement and adjustment of ventilation systems in properties

Summary

The procurement covers cleaning, measurement and adjustment of ventilation systems, including protective and ancillary work, at properties in the Kokkola hospital area and elsewhere in central Kokkola. A multi-supplier framework agreement is planned from 1 January 2027 for smaller works; larger works will be procured separately. Work will normally be carried out Monday to Friday, 7:00–16:00. Different hours may be agreed separately for urgent work. Bidders must quote an hourly rate for maintenance work. A 12% markup on the bidder’s purchase price applies to supplies, subcontracting and other purchases, and purchase invoices must be attached to the invoice; additional charges, such as an invoicing fee, are not accepted. The framework agreement does not oblige the customer to order work or the supplier to provide services. Work will be ordered on a case-by-case basis, taking account of the required specialist skills and experience. The tender submission deadline is 9 November 2026.
