Market dialogue for the procurement of an SOC service 2026

Summary

Maanmittauslaitos is holding a market dialogue to gather information about a planned Security Operations Center (SOC) service and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution for 2026. The topics include SOC service models, the SIEM system and its connections to other systems, implementation with the necessary integrations, maintenance and support. The aim is to establish round-the-clock security monitoring every day of the year, enabling data-centre anomalies to be analysed quickly and agreed actions to be taken when necessary. This is a market dialogue, not a contract notice or request for tenders; responding does not bind either party or affect participation in a possible later procurement. Interested suppliers are invited to provide well-supported answers to the questionnaire. Suppliers invited to present a solution are asked to provide a reference for a completed delivery to a public-sector organisation or publicly listed company. Selected participants will receive confidential information after signing a confidentiality agreement. The response deadline is 6 November 2026.
