Promotional Products 2027–2029

Summary

Keski-Pohjanmaa Wellbeing Services County Soite is seeking promotional products, marketing equipment and clothing bearing its logo for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with an option to extend from 1 January to 31 December 2030. This is a multi-supplier framework agreement, and 2–4 bidders will be selected. Bids must include prices for the products most frequently ordered during the contract period. Other products will be purchased through mini-competitions among the framework suppliers. The award criteria for each mini-competition will be specified separately and may include, for example, the lowest price, product suitability and delivery speed.
