Annual repair works and investments for the University of Lapland, Lapland University of Applied Sciences and REDU, 2027–2030

Summary

The tender covers annual repair and maintenance works and investments for the properties of the University of Lapland, Lapland University of Applied Sciences (Lapin AMK) and REDU during 2027–2030. The works include building repairs, alterations and changes to spaces, including materials, as well as modifications, installation and maintenance of electrical, heating, ventilation, plumbing and building automation systems. Work will be carried out at sites in Rovaniemi and the Kemi–Tornio area; for REDU, the procurement concerns the Rovaniemi area. The automation works refer to Schneider Electric product lines SmartStructure, TAC Vista and Atmostech, including spare parts for equipment being repaired. The estimated total value is EUR 15,000,000 excluding VAT, but the contracting authorities do not commit to ordering any fixed quantities. Building works are estimated to account for two-thirds of the procurement, and HVAC and electrical works for one-third.
