Framework Agreement for Electrical Supplies 2026–2030

Summary

The tender establishes a framework agreement for electrical supplies covering 7 December 2026 to 28 February 2030. The supplies are for building maintenance, repairs and investment projects and include items such as luminaires, cables, switches, sockets, distribution boards and protective devices. The estimated contract value is EUR 5,997,000. All bidders meeting the suitability requirements will be admitted to the framework agreement; detailed product categories and specifications are set out in the tender document annexes. In 2027, the selected framework suppliers will compete separately for a five-year electrical supplies preparedness agreement, intended to ensure product availability during supply-chain disruptions and exceptional circumstances. That agreement may include additional security and preparedness requirements and may require a separate security agreement.
