Maintenance and repair services for building lifting equipment

Summary

This tender concerns the maintenance and repair services for building lifting equipment owned by the Aalto University real estate entities. The Otaniemi campus currently has 17 buildings with a total of 64 lifting devices. Services cover regular maintenance, load testing and periodic inspections, as well as necessary repairs. The contract will be a long-term open-ended service agreement, and the number of buildings and lifts may change during the contract period; the client is not obligated to order a fixed volume. On-site tours are available at the Otaniemi campus on 6 October 2026 from 12:00 to 14:00 and 9 October 2026 from 09:00 to 11:00; registration closes 2 October 2026 at 15:00 at mia.mustonen@aalto.fi and mikko.aho@aalto.fi.
