Laboratory-scale hydrogen membrane separation unit

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of a compact laboratory-scale hydrogen membrane separation and characterization system for research activities related to hydrogen purification, gas separation processes and membrane performance evaluation. The system will be used for experimental investigation of membrane technologies under controlled operating conditions using both single-gas and mixed-gas streams. The equipment shall be delivered as a complete turnkey solution including all necessary hardware, software, technical documentation, commissioning and operator training. The software environment shall provide an intuitive graphical user interface for experiment configuration, real-time process monitoring, automated data logging and export of experimental results. Preference is given to modular and configurable systems that offer a high degree of automation, operational flexibility and reproducibility of experimental results. The project is co-funded by the EU Just Transition Fund (JTF). The procurement is conditional upon receipt of external funding; if funding is not obtained or withdrawn, the contracting authority reserves the right to suspend or cancel the procedure without awarding a contract. The total price shall not exceed 100,000 euros (0% VAT) including all mandatory features. Optional features are not included in this total price. The previous call for tenders has been suspended; this tender replaces it.
