Telecommunications services and sale of a fibre-optic network

Summary

The procurement covers a telecommunications network and related options, as well as the sale to the service provider of connections in the contracting authority’s fibre-optic network. Bidders must offer the complete package; partial and alternative bids are not allowed. The bidder must state in the pricing schedule the price it will pay the contracting authority for the fibre-optic network. The minimum and quality requirements for the services are set out in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender. The tender documents and bids must be in Finnish. Some documents, including the site list, contain confidential information; the notice explains how to obtain them. Precise qualification, suitability, compliance and technical requirements must be checked in the official tender documents.
