External Customer Survey Services

Summary

Verohallinto is seeking external customer survey services for the needs of its units. The surveys will target consumers and individual customers, as well as business and organisational customers. One service provider will be selected. The contract is planned to start on 1 February 2027 and will run for an indefinite period.
