Mobile imaging unit (mobile CT) to HUS Diagnostic Center

Summary

This procurement concerns the purchase of one mobile CT imaging unit for the HUS Diagnostics Center. The objective is to buy one new mobile CT system that should be suitable for urgent and wide-ranging diagnostic imaging, including head and body studies, trauma imaging, vascular angiography, brain perfusion, and basic coronary imaging with ECG gating. The expected annual volume is approximately 5,000–7,000 examinations. The price ceiling is €1.1 million (VAT 0%), including the base configuration and the complete mobile imaging unit; prices do not include mandatory options or maintenance costs. If the bid exceeds the cap, the bid will be rejected. There is an option to purchase up to three additional devices during 2027–2030 (for use within the HUS area or nationwide, coordinated by the HUS Diagnostics Center). Prices are fixed until 31 December 2027; price changes for option devices will follow the indexed contract. The contracting authority will decide on option purchases as needed; parallel bids are not allowed.
