Information request / Invitation to market dialogue – Certia group accounting system

Summary

This is not a contract notice or request for tenders, but an information request and invitation to market dialogue concerning a group accounting system for Certia Oy and its client universities. Potential suppliers are invited to register for a market dialogue, provide comments and ask questions; no tender is submitted at this stage. The dialogue will explore available functional, technical and commercial solutions, preliminary requirements and the planned procurement procedure. Registration must be submitted through the Tarjouspalvelu service by 9 October 2026 at 12:00. Certia has planned five dialogue sessions, and may limit participation if more requests are received than places are available. The sessions will be recorded, and participants must accept the recording. The information and recordings will be treated as confidential and used only for Certia’s internal procurement preparation and planning.
