Bedding plants, flower bulbs and nursery supplies 2026

Summary

The procurement covers plants and related supplies for Espoo’s parks, streets, squares, planting beds and containers. The four lots cover: 1) bedding plant seedlings, mainly annual ornamental plants such as begonias, petunias, pansies and marigolds, with an estimated value of EUR 60,000 excluding VAT; 2) flower bulbs, tubers and rhizomes, including tulips, daffodils, crocuses, hyacinths, alliums, dahlias and begonias, with an estimated value of EUR 40,000 excluding VAT; 3) forced flowering bulb plants, green plants, potted flowers, cuttings and cut flowers, with an estimated value of EUR 40,000 excluding VAT; and 4) nursery and cultivation products and binding supplies, including growing media, mulching and ground-cover materials, fertilisers, soil improvers, plant protection products, planting and support materials, pots, trays, pallets, hand tools, protective materials and covers, with an estimated value of EUR 60,000 excluding VAT. The total estimated value is EUR 200,000 excluding VAT. A framework agreement will be established for four years from signature, at the latest until 31 October 2030. Up to 3 suppliers may be selected for each of Lots 1 and 2, and up to 10 suppliers for each of Lots 3 and 4. The tender deadline is 13 October 2026 at 00:00.
