Framework agreement for employment-promoting and supportive coaching services 2027–2028 (+1)

Summary

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for coaching services that promote employment and strengthen job-readiness for job-seeking clients in the Kerava and Sipoo employment area during 2027–2028, with a possible one-year extension. The services include job-search coaching, career coaching and job-coaching, delivered individually, in groups or as a combination, mainly through in-person meetings in Kerava and Sipoo and, in some cases, online. The target group may include approximately 40–350 clients per year, with individual coaching limited to 20 hours per person and a maximum duration of five months. The successful tenderer must submit a maximum three-page implementation plan, provide final assessments and continuation plans for clients, collect final feedback through Webropol and cooperate with employers.
