Information system for the Poison Information Centre and Teratology Information Service

HUS is surveying available products, platforms, services and delivery models for an information system for the Poison Information Centre and Teratology Information Service. The intended solution should support the operational handling of contacts and the management of treatment cards and guidance, including their maintenance, version control, search, linking and publication. HUS is also interested in configurable or modular solutions, implementation and integration capabilities, long-term maintenance and support, and a partner able to develop the solution throughout its lifecycle. Suppliers are primarily asked to respond by 30 September 2026, although later responses may also be considered where possible; the notice remains open until 16 October 2026.
