Tender detail
Invasive cardiology supplies 2
Summary
HUS Group is procuring invasive cardiology supplies in 14 lots, including devices for congenital heart defects, occluders and vascular plugs, and large valvuloplasty catheters. Bidders may tender for one or more lots, but partial tenders within a lot are not permitted. One primary tender and up to two separate alternative tenders may be submitted. The procurement also covers related sizes, models and accessories and potentially other products from the same product groups during the contract period. The contract will run for four years and then continue indefinitely until terminated, with an estimated start in November–December 2026. The estimated value is approximately EUR 5 million excluding VAT over 48 months, but actual quantities and expenditure are not binding. Products generally may not be replaced after contract award. Tenderers originating from the People’s Republic of China will be excluded under the applicable International Procurement Instrument measure; Chinese-origin products themselves are not excluded, but if they account for more than 50% of the total contract value, the supplier must accept the contractual obligations and a penalty of 10–30% of the contract value. Precise technical, qualification, suitability and compliance requirements must be checked in the official procurement documents and their annexes.
