Contract for remediation of contaminated soil at the Mikkeli locomotive depot area

Summary

The contract covers earthworks for excavating and removing contaminated soil and waste at the former locomotive depot area on Ratakatu 7 in Mikkeli. The work will be carried out as mass replacement under a unit-price lump-sum contract, in accordance with the remediation plan and the environmental authority’s remediation decision. The contract period is 2 November 2026 to 31 July 2027, with an estimated value of EUR 1,001,920 excluding VAT.
