The contract covers construction of the Ankkuri service centre playground at Retkentie 6, Pyhäranta, including earthworks, drainage, substructures and surfacing, an 86-metre fence with gates, landscaping, one lighting-column foundation and cabling, and the dismantling, transport and installation of six existing playground items from Tuiskuranta Kindergarten approximately 200 metres away. The contractor must act as the main contractor, coordinate its work with the concurrent building renovation and separately commissioned electrical works, and complete the contract by 31 December 2026.
