Electrical and systems works framework agreement 2027–2028 (2029–2030)

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for electrical installation and other building systems works at properties and premises owned by the Municipality of Mäntsälä. The agreement covers five lots: basic electrical installations; security and surveillance systems; fire and evacuation safety systems; AV, public-address and meeting systems; and telecommunications and cabling systems. A tenderer may submit an offer for one or more lots. The framework agreement runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two possible one-year options for 2029 and 2030. The contracting authority aims to select up to five economically most advantageous suppliers meeting the minimum requirements for each lot. Individual assignments may last from approximately one hour to several months and may be ordered on an hourly basis or through a separately competed fixed-price assignment. The deadline for submitting tenders is 7 October 2026 at 13:00 UTC. If an individual assignment exceeds EUR 50,000 excluding VAT, the contracting authority may require a performance-period guarantee equal to 5% of the estimated total value, in the form of an approved bank, insurance or other first-demand guarantee.
