Locking, door hardware and intrusion detection systems for the new main building at Opintie 2, Kalajoki, and upgrades to existing buildings

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation, programming and commissioning of locking, door hardware, access control and intrusion detection systems at the Kalajoki site, Opintie 2, for both a new main building and existing buildings. The procurement is divided into three lots: systems for existing buildings; locking, door hardware and access control for the new main building; and the intrusion detection system for the new main building. The existing iLOQ S5 system must be used, and all system components must be manageable through one management software. The price must include installation, programming, one-year licence costs, system commissioning, user instruction, travel expenses and daily allowances. Offers must be submitted through the designated electronic tendering service by 30 September 2026 at 09:00. The provisional installation period is weeks 45–51 of 2026. The offer must be submitted as a total price excluding VAT, the minimum warranty period is two years, and the most economically advantageous offer based on total price will be selected.
