Summary

This is a prior information and market consultation notice concerning commercial kitchen equipment and furnishings for the Finnish Criminal Sanctions Agency. The planned scope includes ovens, stoves, cookers, multifunction cooking kettles, dishwashers, refrigeration equipment, serving and distribution units, delivery and installation, warranty-period maintenance and repairs, and commercial kitchen design. Interested companies may register for the market dialogue by emailing their contact details to kilpailutus@hansel.fi by 1 October 2026 at 10:00. The notice does not request applications or tenders; companies may be invited to comment on draft materials in autumn 2026 or to attend bilateral Teams meetings. The final procurement model, including a possible framework agreement or dynamic purchasing system and any division into lots or categories, has not yet been decided.
