Roof renovation of Karvia Municipal Office

Summary

The contract covers the main renovation works for the roof of Karvia Municipal Office at Kylä-Karviantie 17, including demolition of the existing roof covering, construction of new roof structures and underlay, installation of a new standing-seam metal roof, flashings, rainwater systems, roof safety equipment, related façade and HVAC works, scaffolding, lifting, protection, cleaning and ancillary works. The building, including office and daycare areas, remains in use during the works. The contract period is 31 March–31 July 2027, with the daycare section provisionally worked on from 1 June 2027. The lowest price is the sole award criterion. The tender must be submitted by 11 November 2026 at 12:00, and the site must be inspected before submission.
