Kemiönsaari reed procurement projects

Summary

The tender establishes a dynamic purchasing system for reed-cutting and related services in the Kemiönsaari area for 2026–2029. Individual competitions may cover summer or winter cutting, collection, loading, transport, temporary storage, drying, crushing, pelletising or other processing, as well as documentation and reporting. The exact work areas, timing, scope, methods, destinations and site-specific requirements will be defined in each subsequent mini-competition. The supplier is responsible for its operations, personnel, equipment and occupational safety, and must perform the work in accordance with the contract documents and applicable legislation. The dynamic purchasing system remains in force until 31 December 2029.
