Okta identity management software licences and manufacturer support

Summary

The procurement covers the continued supply, through an authorized reseller, of licences for the customer’s existing Okta identity and access management environment and Okta Premier Success Plan Silver manufacturer support. The products include Okta Single Sign-On, Universal Directory, MFA, Identity Governance, API Access Management and the EU-Hosted Cell. A new solution, implementation or technical administration is not being procured. The selected reseller will manage licence orders, renewals and changes and help resolve ordering and billing issues. It must ensure continuity without service interruption, data migration, changes to the tenant identifier or additional transition costs. The new contract period starts on 31 January 2027. The estimated user count is 300 in the first year and 600 thereafter, potentially rising to 700–800. The offer must include binding prices for the selected two- or three-year price-lock period, quoted in euros to two decimal places. To participate, the bidder must meet the financial requirements, hold the required credit rating and liability insurance of at least EUR 500,000, and be an Okta-authorized reseller or approved partner.
