Electrical works on an annual-contract basis from 1 November 2026 to 30 October 2028, with possible options for 2029 and 2030

Summary

The procurement concerns electrical maintenance and repair works for properties owned, managed or supervised by the Municipality of Vihti, including schools, day-care centres, a health centre and a library. The framework agreement covers work billed by the hour or at a fixed total price for 1 November 2026 to 30 October 2028, with two possible one-year extensions for 2029 and 2030. It is divided into three lots: general property electrical works; low-voltage and sound system works; and works related to fire alarm, fire detector, emergency lighting and smoke extraction systems. Four to five contractors will be selected. The estimated value of the entire framework agreement is EUR 5,400,000.
