Heating, plumbing and ventilation works for Vihti Municipality properties in 2026–2028, with possible options for 2029 and 2030

Summary

The tender concerns annual repair and maintenance works for properties owned, managed or otherwise under the responsibility of the Municipality of Vihti, including schools, day-care centres, a health centre and a library. The framework agreement will cover works performed on an hourly billing basis or at a fixed total price from 1 November 2026 to 30 October 2028, with two possible one-year options for 2029 and 2030. The estimated value of the entire framework agreement is €5,400,000, and 4–5 contractors will be selected. Contractors must provide project-specific construction-period and warranty securities for projects exceeding €25,000 and must have, among others, a qualified supervisor for water and drainage works. The works must comply with the YSE 1998 general conditions and project-specific contract documents.
