The procurement covers the complete indoor-air remediation and renovation of Heinola parish church at Kirkkotie 1, Heinola. This is a demanding renovation of a protected historic church, including building, structural, ventilation and electrical works together with site management, safety, moisture control, protection measures and final documentation. The building must be fully completed and ready for use by 20 September 2027; work may start on 5 October 2026. As an interim milestone, the building envelope and heating system must be ready by 1 August 2027 so that the building's own heating equipment can be switched on.
