HAUS DPS 2026–2030 for Digital Transformation, Innovation and Public Sector Development

Summary

HAUS is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for 2026–2030 to procure expert services in digital transformation, innovation, governance, institutional development and public sector development. The services may cover international development cooperation projects, technical assistance, advisory services, capacity building, studies, evaluations and other expert assignments implemented globally. The estimated total value is approximately EUR 40 million excluding VAT. The system is divided into four categories: digital transformation, data, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity; governance, public sector development and capacity building; innovation, investment readiness and technical assistance; and communications, media, creative and visibility services. Suppliers from Finland and internationally may participate. Once admitted, suppliers may take part in mini-competitions launched during the validity period of the system.
