Summary

The tender concerns a SaaS subsidy management system for the Municipality of Nijkerk. The supplier must deliver, implement, operate and maintain the system, including exit support and data deletion/transfer at the end of the contract. The contract runs for 4 years from 1 October 2026 and may be extended up to three times by 2 years each. The award criterion is best price-quality ratio. The bidder must submit a signed UEA, a trade register extract proving signing authority, at least one relevant reference from the last 3 years, a signed reference form, a signed requirements document, a price form, an implementation plan and an SLA. The solution must be a real SaaS application with required integrations, security, privacy, archiving, reporting and e-invoicing capabilities.
