Sansia Oy is gathering market information about a planned dynamic purchasing system for ICT services. The system may cover various ICT services procured jointly or according to the needs of individual contracting authorities for Sansia’s owner-customers. No tenders are requested at this stage; suppliers are invited to provide comments and express interest in possible future market dialogue. Interested companies may apply to join the system throughout its period of validity, but joining does not guarantee a specific contract or oblige a supplier to submit a tender later. Future competitions will be opened separately to suppliers admitted to the system, with the requirements defined for each procurement. The contract structure will be based on Sansia’s contract models and the JIT2025 contractual terms; the planned duration of the system may be approximately 5–10 years.
