Procurement of a warehouse management system and related maintenance, support and development services

Summary

The tender concerns a warehouse management system (WMS) and related maintenance, support and development services. The contracting authority will select one service provider responsible for implementing, installing, maintaining and developing the system. The maintenance service includes error and incident management, user support, security and version updates, integration support, expert and development work, business continuity and recovery support, and service coordination. The system must operate in the contracting authority’s own IT environment, and the provider’s employees responsible for maintenance must have undergone security clearance.
