Summary

The tender covers locking systems and equipment and related services for Hansel Oy’s customers through a dynamic purchasing system. Products may include electromechanical and mechanical locking systems, locking components, and associated accessories and supplies. Related services may include consultancy and design, installation, documentation, warranty and repair maintenance, preventive maintenance, user training, electromechanical locking system administrator services, and key storage and key management services. The estimated maximum total value is EUR 40,000,000 excluding VAT. Interested companies may submit a request to participate in the dynamic purchasing system; subsequent competitions will be conducted among suppliers admitted to the system. The purchasing phase starts on 16 September 2026 and the system remains valid until 31 December 2032. An individual contract may last up to eight years and generally until 31 December 2034; where related maintenance services are procured, the contract may remain in force until 31 December 2042. Electronic auctions may be used in competitions within the system.
