Supply of construction materials for the road reconstruction and stormwater drainage works on Ziołowa, Spacerowa and Kwiatowa streets

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of construction materials needed to repair a municipal road and carry out the related street reconstruction and stormwater drainage works. The contractor must deliver the full list of materials, including asphalt concrete, cement-soil mix, crushed aggregate, bedding, ordinary concrete, concrete paving blocks, concrete kerbs and gravel. Delivery must be made directly to the construction site within a maximum of 3 hours after a telephone order, using only two-axle or three-axle trucks with a maximum load of 13 tonnes and unloading included. Materials may be ordered from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 16:00. The price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit the required declaration of no exclusion and fulfilment of participation conditions, and provide quality certificates and declarations of performance with the delivery. A performance bond is required.
