Community mediation services in Berguedà

Summary

The County Council of Berguedà is procuring a community mediation service for residents across the county. It covers the prevention, management and dialogue-based resolution of community, neighbourhood, educational, family, intercultural and organisational conflicts, together with awareness-raising, advice, coordination, case follow-up and service evaluation. The service is delivered mainly in person at the Council’s premises and in municipalities as needed, for 20 hours per week; the initial term is one year, with up to two annual extensions. The estimated value for the initial term is €59,087.98 excluding VAT, and the contract is not divided into lots.
