Works to convert the Cobalt Building into four affordable-rental homes in Reus

Summary

Reus City Council is procuring construction works to convert former ground-floor workshops in the Cobalt Building in the Gaudí district into four affordable-rental homes. The works cover three project areas: two one-bedroom homes of 51.56 m² each, one one-bedroom home of 58.17 m², and one three-bedroom home of 68.69 m², including associated building works, installations and fittings. The contract is not divided into lots, has a six-month execution period and a budget of €270,622.21 including VAT.
