The Barcelona Social Services Consortium is procuring an on-site hygiene and healthcare oversight service at the Oràlia Specialised Care Centre in Barcelona, which serves people with significant intellectual disabilities and substantial support needs. The service covers organisation and monitoring of hygiene and healthcare, including medication procedures, health and hygiene protocols, nutrition oversight, health records and coordination with centre staff, families and external health services. It is a single, undivided service planned for 7 hours per week over 46 operating weeks each year (322 hours annually), initially from 11 January to 31 December 2027, with up to three annual extensions through 2030.
