Construction of a nautical services building at the Port of l'Ametlla de Mar

Summary

Ports de la Generalitat is procuring construction of a new nautical services building at the Port of l'Ametlla de Mar. The building will include three ground-floor premises for tourism services and a bar, a first-floor restaurant space and a roof designed with the possibility of public access as a viewpoint. The works include the building structure, roofs, façades, exterior paving, lifts, external lighting, drainage and rainwater systems, and electricity and water connections to the premises; the premises’ interiors are excluded. The contract is not divided into lots, has an estimated duration of 10 months, and has a tender budget of EUR 1,578,787.65 including VAT.
