Production and delivery of the 2027 Royal Couriers Camp in Gavà

Gavà City Council is procuring one integrated service to conceptualise, design, artistically direct, produce and operate the 2027 Royal Couriers Camp, a family Christmas event held from 2 to 4 January at the museum grounds and Torre Lluc Park. The scope includes the performance, theatrical and participatory activities, scenery and immersive decorations, visual and sound effects, technical infrastructure, installations, cast and overall staffing coordination. Preparation begins upon contract signature, with production and event delivery through 4 January 2027 and post-production ending on 31 January 2027. The budget is €96,800 including VAT, allocated as €12,000 in 2026 and €84,800 in 2027; the contract is not divided into lots.
