Archival processing of documentary fonds held at the historical archives of Lleida and Tarragona in 2027

Summary

The Department of Culture is procuring archival processing at the Historical Archives of Lleida and Tarragona in 2027, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers 44.4 linear metres of the Lleida Labour Court fonds; Lot 2 covers 30 linear metres of student records from the Francisco Franco Labour University of Tarragona, part of a collection of approximately 9,571 files in 517 boxes. The work includes arranging, classifying and describing the records, as well as their physical preparation and preservation; the total budget is EUR 89,280.40 including VAT.
