Summary

The Provincial Council of Bizkaia is procuring a 24-hour, year-round social emergency coordination service throughout the Historical Territory of Bizkaia. The service provides initial needs assessment, information and guidance, referral and coordination with relevant services, and, when necessary, on-site response and accompaniment. It also includes arranging urgent temporary accommodation and associated transport and meals; the accommodation budget is capped at EUR 114,000 including VAT per contract year, with a maximum of EUR 133 including VAT per person per night for accommodation and associated costs.
