Digitisation and handling of vocational final examination papers

Summary

The Institut Obert de Catalunya is procuring a single, unloted service in Barcelona to receive vocational education final examination papers, digitise, identify and classify them, safeguard and later destroy the originals, and securely distribute the resulting digital files to teachers for marking. The scope includes digitisation of 360,000 copies, custody of the documents for one year and two destruction certificates. The tender budget is €22,002.86 excluding VAT, with a possible extension for 2028.
