Preparation of the execution project for the rehabilitation of Uriarte Palace and construction supervision

Summary

The Agurain municipality is procuring the basic and execution designs for the complete rehabilitation of Uriarte Palace at 31 Zapatari Street, to convert the 999.39 m², 17th-century building into a cultural facility. The scope includes design for accessibility, building services, energy efficiency, fire and noise protection, and the planned spaces across the building’s floors. If the rehabilitation works proceed, the contract also includes construction supervision, execution supervision, and health and safety coordination; the contract is not divided into lots.
