Cloud licensing and maintenance of the DRAG police management system for Vilassar de Mar

Summary

Vilassar de Mar Town Council is procuring, for four years, cloud-based SaaS access to the DRAG police management system for its Local Police, initially covering 40 users, with provision for expansion by up to 8 users. The service includes hosting, maintenance, support, updates and software evolution, user assistance, implementation and data migration, a mobility app, and integration with Barcelona Provincial Council’s traffic-penalty case-management platform. Telephone support for serious faults and incidents is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The contract is not divided into lots.
